Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the following reasons:
- where it is necessary for you to access and interact with Policy Management as a Service

- your organisation’s Primary Administrator has enrolled you on Policy Management as a Service
We use the information that you have given us in order to control your access into, and track your interactions with, Policy Management as a Service.
We will only use and share personal information where necessary to carry out the functions for which we collected it, or if required by law.
We do not share your information with any third parties.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored by us in a database that is encrypted at rest, and has a hardened operating system with strict access controls.
We keep the previously noted personal information for the duration that your account is registered on Policy Management as a Service. We will then dispose your information by securely deleting it.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
